Kristiina Poska (1978) graduated from Georg Ots Tallinn Music School and Estonian Academy of Music in choral conducting. She improved her skills at Berlin University of Arts and Academy of Music Hanns Eisler in Berlin where she also studied orchestral conducting with Chrstian Ehwald.

She has won numerous prizes and is currently working as a freelance conductor with reputable orchestras and opera houses in Europe.
